The Restrictive Diet Loop: What it Does to You and How to Get Out
Overload is just as dangerous as deficiency.
Over the last ten years I have tried nearly every restrictive diet in existence. Almost everyone is aware that these diets have at least a few nutritional deficiencies.
What no one wants to tell you about these restrictive diets is that there exists something as bad as nutritional deficiency and worse in some cases.
Nutrient OVERLOAD
Red Meat Carnivore → Iron and Phosphorus
Anti Vitamin A → Iron & Arsenic
Nose to Tail → Insane Vitamin A, Iron, Phosphorus
Beef & Fruit → Iron, Phosphorus, Fructose
Peatarian → Sugars and Heavy Metal Rich Seafood
Aajonus → Small Iron Excess but mitigated somewhat by raw food chelation.
Vegan/Vegetarian → Oxalates, Salicylates and Plant Defense Chemicals
Lacto-Ovo → Vitamin A and Calcium
Varied Meat Carnivore → PUFA, Iron and Phosphorus
Beef, Fruit and Dairy Carnivore → Iron still in excess in most cases.
What does Carnivore in White attempt to do differently?
It blends the best of all these diets.
Essentially a lacto-ovo diet core.
Balanced iron with trace mineral inputs.
Balance phosphorus with calcium.
Considered selection of low vitamin A fruits, starches and vegetables to balance the high vitamin A and high calcium in the dairy & eggs.
Balanced quality selection of pastured chicken and regular beef.
Reduce the need for blood donation in men and post menopausal women.

Do you have any diet for a person on chemo? One of her fingers is swollen and and a couple others have red dots. And she feels bad. I would assume primarily vegetables ? I don’t know if she has access to raw milk but I know autophagy is supposed to help. She seems to have made it through chemo. She has two or three left.
